Beyond limits.

Life is self-discovery. Self-discovery is a journey where you are always transforming yourself, making yourself better, pushing yourself in all aspects.

Self-improvement, the belief and strength to focus on pushing ourselves to be better, in all aspect.  Don’t just stay with being a father, being such and such worker, being this or that.  Becoming better than you were yesterday means to leave the old behaviors, the old lifestyles, the old mental patterns that are not helping you grow and mature.

In life, you learn, you heal, you move on.  That is the whole purpose of breathing.  You are not here to remain always the same, same habits, same ways to communicate, same beliefs, same opinions; but you expand your mind, and this leads you to self-development.  The only obstacle we have is excuses.  When you put excuses for this, you are already denying your capacity for change, for greater development.

And if you enjoyed that, please take a moment to visit my work.  I write about self-development, the poetry of the better life, love and relationships.
